About Me
I first got interested in yoga when I was 16 and have been fascinated by it ever since. I have been learning about, practising and teaching yoga for more than 20 years. For me, yoga is about compassion for oneself and others, as well as the planet. It is also about self-acceptance —being comfortable with who you are in the moment, regardless of the challenges you face. My daily practice nourishes my body and mind, helping me to stay calm and grounded.
